Reservation policies and other important info
Reservations must be confirmed using a valid credit card. The card and cardholder must be present at check in or else must submit a credit card authorization form before the date of check in if they are not going to be physically present.
To check in, registered guests must be 21 or older, or the hotel must first receive a letter of permission from a guardian, along with their contact information. Unaccompanied guests must be a minimum of 18 years of age to check in with a parental consent letter.
The Comfort Inn O'Hare is a 100% non-smoking hotel. Any guest found to have smoked in their room or within 500 feet of the front entrance will be charged a non-refundable fee of $250. This fee applies to any sort of smoking, (including but not limited to the use of E-Cigarettes/Vapes), the lighting of incense, and/or the use of candles.
The Comfort Inn O'Hare is not responsible for lost or stolen items. We encourage all guests to keep valuables in a safe place, and to always check their room before leaving the hotel property for any items they may have forgotten.
Certain hotel policies, such as cancellation deadlines, may be subject to change based on restrictions and group contract agreements. These policies will be communicated to the guest at the time of booking, and are visible on confirmation letters/websites through which the reservations were booked.
The Comfort Inn O'Hare does not offer truck or trailer parking. Parking beyond the reservation dates (ie: after checking out) may be subject to an additional fee.
The Comfort Inn O'Hare reserves the right to refuse service at any time.
